Sync (Resilio Sync or Bittorrent Sync)가 Nas 절전(하이버네이션) 기능을 방해할때.

시놀로지에서 sync만 설치하면 하드 디스크가 절대 절전모드에 들어가지 않는다. 

수 일 동안 구글링하여 저것 만져가면서 결국 해법을 찾았다.

If Sync prevents HDD from sleeping on your NAS, you should try the following:

On Sync 2.2 and later:

1. Go to Preferences > Advanced > power_user.
2. Set folder_rescan_interval, config_refresh_interval, config_save_interval to some significant value, for example, 18'000 (1 stands for 1 second so 18'000 = 5 hours).

위 내용 처럼 folder_rescan_interval , config_refresh_interval , config_save_interval 수치의 값을 변경하면 된다. 숫자 1개가 1초를 뜻하니 

적당히 안배하면 그 시간동안은 sync가 깨우진 않을 것같다. 라고 생각하고 해보았다.

-> 결과: 시놀로지에 해보니 절전 모드에 들어가지 않는다.  효과 없음

여기에보면 enable_journaling 을 false로 만들어야 sleep이 될수있다 하여 설정해 봤다.

-> 결과 : 효과 없음

In my case editing some advanced BTSync options helped:
1. Set Rescan interval to some higher value, 3600s that equals 1h for example
2. Set Rescan tracker and relay interval to some higher value, 3600s that equals 1h for example
3. Set Save settings interval to some higher value, 3600s that equals 1h for example
4. Disable option Enable debug logging to prevent some extra logging, like Tracker requesting peers every 5 minutes
5. Disable option Use UPnP port mapping to prevent UPnP: Device error logging.

참조URL을 보면 위와같은 내용이 존재하는데 이중 나는 UPnP port mapping을 제외하고 Enable debug logging을 해제 하였다. 

-> 결과 : HDD 절전기능이 동작하였다.

한가지 편법, 위와 같이도 해결이 안된다면 아래와 같이 스케줄러를 사용하여 해당 서비스를 해제했다가 다시 시작하는 방법도 있다.

이렇게 스케줄로 강제로 끄고 켜고 내가 주로 사용하는 시간대를 입력하여 해놓았다.

구글링을 해봐도 다들 현시점에서 해결책을 못 찾는 것같다.
